A Look into the New Congress

The U.S. House of Representatives and Senate recently released assignments for congressional committees. Three key committees stand out for their influence on housing supply legislation: the United States Senate Committee on Finance, the Ways and Means Committee, and the United States Senate Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs.

Advancing housing supply policy at the federal level requires the active support of members on these influential committees. By knowing who your representatives are and their committee roles, you can help us advocate effectively when key legislation arises.
