Up for Growth, a national network committed to solving the housing shortage and affordability crisis through data-driven research and policy, and the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP), a leading voice for sustainable homeownership and economic opportunity for Hispanic communities, are proud to announce a new partnership focused on advancing policies that increase housing supply, improve affordability, and promote equitable access to housing opportunities across the United States.

The goal of the partnership is to advocate for policy changes that enable the development of housing supply at all levels, with a special focus on ensuring affordability and equitable access. This partnership provides localized NAHREP chapters with cost-free, enhanced access to advocacy resources, policy insights, and networking opportunities with more than three hundred members in the Up for Growth network. Up for Growth and NAHREP will combine their advocacy efforts, research expertise, and industry networks to help drive change that supports sustainable growth and addresses the nationwide housing shortage.

By working together, Up for Growth and NAHREP will engage policymakers at the local, state, and federal levels to advocate for zoning reforms, increased infrastructure investments, and incentives for developers to create more types of housing in the places people want to live.
