From capital constraints and construction costs to land use reform and workforce bottlenecks, the program dives into the barriers to building more homes and the federal policy solutions needed to overcome them. With a spotlight on bipartisan leadership, this summit is a forum for practical, cross-aisle strategies to close the housing gap and deliver more homes for more people.
